About us:

The Evangelical Mission Hospital, Baitalpur is a rural hospital established in 1949. It was initially governed by the Board of Christian Institutions but after the formation of the Church of North India (CNI) in 1970, the hospital came under the governance of the Eastern Regional Board of Health Services Society (ERBHS Society) of the Synodical Board of Health Services (SBHS) of the Church of North India.

The ERBHS is a society registered under the 'Chhattisgarh Society  Registration Act, 1973 with its registered office in Evangelical Mission Hospital, Tilda,

The hospital is managed by 'Chhattisgarh Mahakoshal Group Management Committee (CMGMC)" of the ERBHS Society. The property belongs to the 'United Church of North India Trust Association (UCNITA)'.

At present, the hospital is a 20 bedded, secondary care, rural hospital registered under the Chhattisgarh Nursing Home Act. Currently, Mr.Milind Gude (M.Sc, MHA, PGPMIR) is the Acting Director of the hospital and Dr.Sanjay Prakash (MS),  senior General Surgeon is the in-charge of the medical team with visiting Obstetric & Gynaecologist, Physician, Anaesthesiologist and a Clinical Assistant.
